Contact Before Medical Services

In the event of a medical emergency:

  • Seek immediate care
  • Notify your Disability Board as soon as possible afterward

Emergency care is generally allowed; however, follow-up documentation will be required.

Failure to Notify the Board

If prior approval is not obtained (when not an emergency), you may experience:

  • Delayed reimbursement
  • Partial payment
