Washington Court Orders DRS to Repay $120 Million to Teachers’ Retirement Accounts
Thurston County Superior Court has ordered the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) to return approximately $120 million in withheld interest and investment earnings to more than 26,000 members of TRS Plan 3.
